Angel Submissions
Please reach out to your childs school counselor, social worker, or other family service entity to obtain a copy of the form.When you fill out the form ensure you have done so accurately and completely before sending it to us or returning it to the individual you received it from. Forms cannot be double submitted for changes.
One child per form submission.
Child must be a resident within Henry County, MO OR from a surrounding school district that was given the form from us.
Parent last name will be used for gift pickup.
We do NOT deliver under any circumstance, you must pickup the child's gifts at 219 S Main St, Clinton, MO 64735 on the pickup date(s) during the scheduled times.
RETURN FORMS
Forms can be turned in to the school counselor, social worker, or other family service entity that gave you the form. That individual will scan your submission and return it to us.If you cannot do this you can drop these forms off at our address between the hours of 10am and 3pm. As an alternative, if you have the ability to scan these documents you may email us the scanned copy.
DEADLINE
All forms must be submitted by 11/8/2024 9:00 AM. Any forms submitted after this time will be put on a wait list.
Angel Adoption
The generosity and kindness of the community keeps this organization going every year. So many of you have done this year after year but for those of you unsure how this works we will explain!
You will visit one of the local businesses in Clinton, MO that has Angels available on trees. You can view that list using the button below.
You will then check out an angel (or multiple) at their register where they will collect your name and phone number as the adopter.
Then you will go shopping for the angel(s), following the guidelines linked below, based on their needs and wishes list written on the Angel card.
Return the Angel(s) to Angel Tree Inc. on or before the date they are due for return.
Coat Drive
On top of providing Christmas gifts for Angels we do offer a coat drive. Children do not have to be on the Angel Tree list to get coats!If your child(ren) is in need of a coat you will need to call us to schedule an appointment to pickup.
