2023 Angel Submissions
Please ensure you have filled out the linked form below accurately and completely before submission, forms cannot be altered or double submitted for changes.
One child per form submission.
Child must be a resident within Henry County, MO.
Parent last name will be used for gift pickup.
We do NOT deliver under any circumstance, you must pickup the child's gifts at 219 S Main St, Clinton, MO 64735 on the pickup date(s) during the scheduled times.
All submitted forms are received immediately. There is no need to call to verify if we received the submission. Additionally you will receive a copy of the form via the email address collected below.
DEADLINE
All forms must be submitted by 11/08/2023 9:00 AM. Any forms submitted after this time will not be registered.
2023 Angel Adoption
The generosity and kindness of the community keeps this organization going every year. So many of you have done this year after year but for those of you unsure how this works we will explain!
You will visit one of the local businesses in Clinton, MO that has Angels available on trees. You can view that list here.
You will then check out an angel (or multiple) at their register where they will collect your name and phone number as the adopter.
Then you will go shopping for the angel(s) following these guidelines based on their needs and wishes list written on the Angel card.
Return the Angel(s) to Angel Tree Inc. on or before the date they are due for return.
Coat Drive
On top of providing Christmas gifts for Angels we do offer a coat drive. Children do not have to be on the Angel Tree list to get coats!If your child(ren) is in need of a coat you will need to call us to schedule an appointment to pickup.
